Section I - General Club Operations:
i. All General Rules will be voted on by the Board of Officers and may be attended by any member of the club.
ii. General Rules may define Bylaws by not take away from said Bylaws in any way.
iii. General Rules will go into effect immediately upon institution and all votes will be help in open meetings to board members
Section II - Coaches:
i. All coaches will be approved by the board
a. Sport coordinators will issue a list of coaches and the board will approve all coaches prior to any sport season beginning where practical
b. Coaches are required to have all required forms completed and returned to the sports coordinator prior to any practices, games or gatherings of their team.
ii. Coaches will have the primary responsibility to assist the sports coordinator in issuing, collecting and maintaining all equipment, uniforms and any other issued items during their sport.
iii. Coaches will have the primary responsibility to assist the Registrar and Assistant Registrar in the collection of moneys, completed forms and documentation as required by the league to clear players to play.
Section III - Baseball:
i. All coaches will be approved by the board

Section VI – Registration:
i. All rosters will be put together on a first come first serve basis. Registration will not take into account seniority, coaching preference or overall team make up.
ii. All requests to move players from one roster to another roster will be submitted to the board for approval prior to team rosters being finalized and must be authorized by a majority vote of the board.
iii. All requests to move players up or down in age levels will be submitted to the board prior to team rosters being finalized and must be authorized by a majority vote of the board.
